By choosing this form of payment you will be transported to a secure environment in order to enter your card details.

Your payments must be addressed to the following bank account:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- The transfer cost from another bank , except Alpha bank, is charged on the principal.
- Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared. This might take up to 2-3 working days, depending on the bank prodedure.
- For immediate processing of your order you can send an email to info@theodorouartstudio.com with your payment confirmation.
- Bank wire transfers must go through within 3 days of the order. If no payment has gone through within this period of time, the order will be cancelled without prior notice.
Return policy
No returns and refunds allowed on the products of the website.
Return of a broken product.
In case you receive a broken product (e.g the product breaks during transfer) we provide a replacement of the product only when you contact us via telephone at: +30 2432 022760 on the day you receive it and also send us a photo of the product inside the packaging via email: info@theodorouartstudio.com.
Beyond this specific period of time the replacement of the product is not possible.
Out of stock products
In case a product is out of stock, the waiting time is estimated in about two (2) weeks.
Shipping policy
Shipping in Greece.
- Orders within Greece are shipped with ACS courier.
- The delivery cost is 3€ for orders up to 3kg.
- Every additional kg is charged with 1€.
- The delivery cost is automatically calculated and appears in the cart before the checkout.
- The estimated time of delivery is 1-3 days.
Shipping in Cyprus and abroad.
- Shipping in Cyprus and abroad is available and it’s made via DPD.
